Brief just said to make some cool posters that teens would want to put up in their rooms. Done.
How do you reach your customers when you can’t advertise? The challenge presented by RJ Reynolds was just that. They have a loyal base of customers who are of legal age to use tobacco products, and have consented to receiving offers and information from the RJ Reynolds app. But how do you reward those customers for their loyalty?
Everyone sees the world through their apps, and for those with access to the RJ Reynolds app, the entire world becomes a canvas for exclusive content. To the uninitiated, these experiences appear only as decorative patterns with no messaging, but for those in the know, these are portholes to augmented reality experiences, along with exclusive offers from RJ Reynolds.
The entire experience becomes a way to talk with your customers, without invading on the space of those who are not interested.
Cracker Barrel may bill itself as an Old Country Store, but their customers are as digitally savvy as anyone. The challenge was to provide customers with an easy-to-use app that could keep up with their rewards and offer to-go ordering and pay, with features that shared the spirit and hospitality of Cracker Barrel.
Using the app, guests can browse the full Cracker Barrel menu and place themselves on the waiting list before they arrive. They can also place a to-go order and notify staff when they have arrived so that their order can be brought out to them. For those waiting on the front porch, there’s an option to order a snack or drink.
For the traveller we provided a connection to Cracker Barrel radio that takes advantage of their unique music content created for their website. We also provided a unique digital postcard they could send along to friends or family straight from the front porch
Today’s consumers are busier than ever, making and keeping appointments for household services is a challenge. With the Orkin app, customers are given a better way to schedule an appointment and a clear notification of upcoming appointments. In between services, the app serves as a resource for the homeowner. Helping them identify potential problems before they become an infestation.
The app can also be linked with additional technologies to allow technicians access to the customers home, so no one is waiting around for a service.
The Orkin app is also a great way to get someone started with pest control. A realtor or even mom and dad can gift service to the new homeowners rather than giving another scented candle or bottle of wine.
